Business Planning and Performance Reporting Scorecard Service

The COM-QSCORE service provided by CoMetrica is used to support our performance planning and monitoring service.  This system is a specialist application which can be used to hold your organisation’s performance and financial plans and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by department or service.

Actual performance by department is then collected and the system generates balanced scorecards monthly for use at operational, managerial and board level.

Development of KPIs

CoMetrica helps organisations develop their operational plans and targets into Key Performance Indicators relevant to the organisation. This planning includes facilitated workshops and supporting material provided by CoMetrica for your staff.

Meeting external reporting demands easily

Regular reporting for compliance, regulation and accreditation often drives the performance reporting in organisations rather than the most important internal indicators. The COM-QSCORE system can populate your external reports automatically as a by-product of your regular reporting making compliance reporting easy.

 

    

 High level Scorecards

 The COM-QSCORE system can organise your indicators into a weighted hierarchy at several levels.  At the highest level, this can be a single page Balanced Scorecard suitable for regular monitoring of the key aspects of your business at board level.  The system allows the creation of weighted composite scores but outliers at the most detailed level are not lost “in the mix”

Automated data collection

COM-QSCORE can collect data from individual departments and systems through automated email transfers.  This includes profiled annual plans and performance.

 

Departmental Planning, Reporting and KPIs

The service promotes staff engagement through the development of plans and reporting.  Performance can be monitored at a detailed level within departments while higher level KPIs are reviewed at a strategic level.

Multiple users

The COM-QSCORE system can be accessed by key staff in your organisation who can review progress against plans and objectives by their own area.

The service is supported by ongoing consultancy and training from CoMetrica.

 

 Implementation 

An implementation will start with a review of the organisations objectives, KPIs and external reporting requirements. CoMetrica will identify and configure Performance and Key Performance indicators and advise on the weighting and hierarchical structure.

Training is provided on-site and staff are engaged in the development of new phased plans where required.

Initial performance data collection is supported by CoMetrica and the first reports are explained and presented to staff groups as required.

External reporting requirements are configured together with network configuration for multiple accesses.
