East Sussex Hospitals are collecting the NHS Staff Friends and Family Test using the COM-Q service from CoMetrica. By using emailed and paper surveys, all staff can be reached and additional questions can be added throughout the year.

Sussex MSK Partnership Central uses CoMetrica to measure patient experience and uses several different PROMS to measure the outcomes of patients on different treatment pathways. The Partnership is also using the service to check patients understanding and engagement in choice of treatment.
Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust

Sussex MSK Partnership East is using the COM-Q service from CoMetrica to measure the effectiveness and patient experience of their treatments and pathway management including secondary care.
RSL Steeper
RSL Steeper, one of the largest supplier of Prosthetic & Orthotic services to the NHS has taken up the COM-Q service at the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Harold Wood Long Term Conditions Centre. They are using the COM-Q service to measure the impact of their service for patients in both clinical outcomes through the use of PROMS and patient experience including the Friends and Family recommendation test.

Ipsen is a manufacturer and supplier of specialist pharmaceuticals. CoMetrica has helped IPSEN to evaluate the patient impact of several of their products.
HCA Healthcare
HCA Healthcare, the UKs largest provider of independent hospitals in London has taken up the COM-Q service from CoMetrica to help measure the experience of patients using HCA’s consultant services in several private clinics. HCA chose the COM-Q system to provide continuous assurance of the high levels of efficiency and satisfaction which patients experience with their services.
Gloucestershire Care Services
Gloucestershire Care Services is using the COM-Q System to measure the experience and outcomes of all their patients including the collection of the NHS Friends & Family test. Using dynamic surveys, services have their own questions in addition to the core themes and FFT and they use the service to enhance patient engagement
Abertawe Bro Morganwg University Health Board
Abertawe Bro Morganwg University Health Board provides community, mental health and acute services in South Wales. They are using COM-Q to measure patient experience and PROMS at several stages during the patient’s pathway. This includes Maternity, Orthopaedic and Plastic Surgery.
University Hospitals of North Midlands
As Royal Stoke University Hospital went through transformation to their new hospital site, they wanted to measure the experience of their A&E and paediatric patients before and after the move. CoMetrica has completed four phases of the project to date measuring the experience of ALL patients going through A&E and Paediatrics.
Anglia Community Enterprise
Anglia Community Enterprise has measured patients health at stages during their treatment in the community services, measuring outcomes and providing valuable patient feedback on their experience. Emma Rougier-Pirie, Quality Improvement Manager at ACE, chose the CoMetrica service because of its flexibility and ability to include clinical PROMS without being a burden for front-line staff.
